Website Costs

Every website varies greatly and projects need requirements analysis before we can produce a detailled cost estimate. General speaking, the cost of websites depends on the amount of interactive forms and custom graphics involved, if Flash animation or media is required and how much. Customizing the graphics and editing images, video or sound for optimum downloading are the most time-consuming parts of the work.
A media and graphics intensive site costs more than a text-oriented site.

The workflow.

Other Factors that affect Website Design Rates

Copy typing: Having to transcribe text from paper documents is time consuming. Always try to provide your copy as an electronic file. The actual format is not particularly important as long as it is saved in a file.
Changing your mind: If we develop your website as agreed with you and you subsequently change your mind about what you need, expect to have to pay extra for this. Please carefully specify your website before we start working on it. Be sure to know what you want.

Payment Strategy.

In general, we get a 50% deposit of the total payment near the beginning of the project after we show you some progress. For larger projects, the cost is divided into more than two parts.

PROJECT TRACKING

As soon as we start the development process, we assign you a ticket in our Project Tracking System, where you can log in any time and follow the progress of your project.
We post status of your project almost everyday. You can post your reviews and inputs based on your evaluation from the live testing area.
Our reaction time is at a minimum. We will then take necessary actions and post the updates for you to check.
The system is super easy to use, no need to send back and forth or keep track of e-mails.
