Get links. The best way to actually get a top position ranking is through links that exists already on other websites, blogs or forums. Because they're already indexed a spider will find them. For example, if you have a company that deals with Underwater Photography, join some Underwater Photography forums that allow you to place a link to your website within your signature. Try to get links from relevant pages. Correspond with the potential link partner to seek agreement on a link partnership. Quality links from quality websites with the same theme as yours will influence the PageRank.
